Not only CPU, but also mother board and GPU information were announced.

Ryzen is CPU brand name like Core siries of Intel.

By the way, comparing to high-end model Threadripper 2920X , Ryzen 9 3900X has similar clock speed. But its TDP is small and its price is cheap.
Advantage of Threadripper is count of memory slot only. So the price of Threadripper 1920、2920 series will be decrease.

X570 mother board
Ryzen3000 series works with current mother board for Ryzen2000 series.
But to use max power of Ryzen3000, mother board also should be latest.
So latest mother board X570 is also announced.
PCI Express(PCIe) 4.0 compatible
The feature of X570 is compatible for PCI Express(PCIe) 4.0.
Comparing to PCIe3.0 , PCIe4.0 has doubled band width.
So it can transfer doubled data at the same time.
PCIe slot is mainly used for GPU. But recently it is also used for SSD like NVMe. So PCIe4.0 advantage works for SSD too.
It has doubled band width of PCIe 3.0. In test, PCIe 4.0 SSD achieved reading 4991MB/s, writing 4439MB/s.

Radeon RX5000 series
And new GPU Radeon RX5000 series is also announced.
It uses 7nm NAVI architecture. It is compatible for PCIe4.0.

According to AMD annpunce, it is more powerful than RTX2070 of NVIDIA.
It will be cherper than RTX2070. So it will be useful for gaming.
For machine learning, AMD still has less libraries. So it will take time to be popular for machine learning.

Release date of mother board was not announced. Anyway it should be same as Ryzen 3000.
